You'll join Topsort as a Business Development Representative, blending commercial strategy with precise execution to build pipeline for a category-defining Retail Media Infrastructure product. You'll operate as the top funnel, identifying opportunities and qualifying meetings that convert. This role offers accelerated career growth in a fast-paced startup environment.
π― What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting.
- Build high-quality outbound pipeline via multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls).
- Research target companies to understand business models and buying signals.
- Own first-touch conversations and qualify meetings that convert.
π Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales Development in SaaS/AdTech/B2B tech.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience with digital prospecting at scale (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emailing, sequences, cold calling).
- Strong understanding of CRM tools and structured sales processes (HubSpot or similar).

- Experience supporting or running events, activations, or field marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with retail, marketplaces, or media monetization.
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
