🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting.
  • Build high-quality outbound pipeline via multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls).
  • Research target companies to understand business models and buying signals.
  • Own first-touch conversations and qualify meetings that convert.

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales Development in SaaS/AdTech/B2B tech.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience with digital prospecting at scale (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emailing, sequences, cold calling).
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools and structured sales processes (HubSpot or similar).
