💼 About This Role

You'll lead retail operations across service centres, stock depots, and sales points in Western Cape, ensuring customer experience standards are met and team performance is optimized. Your work directly impacts M-KOPA's growing retail network and customers accessing financial services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review service centre performance data and conduct stock audits
• Manage shop renovations and ensure brand execution
• Develop training materials and run retail training sessions
• Resolve Freshdesk ticket escalations and customer issues

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in a team leader or supervisory role within retail operations
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and retail operations processes
• Organisational capability to manage diverse teams including Retail Trainers and Customer Care Executives
• Willingness to travel countrywide and handle a broad, fast-moving remit
