You'll own and evolve cloud infrastructure and CI/CD platform for a remote-first digital media company. Your core impact is building the SRE function from scratch. This role offers high ownership and the chance to shape reliability practices across a multi-site environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve cloud infrastructure and CI/CD platform
• Build SRE function (on-call, PagerDuty, SLOs, runbooks)
• Complete AWS multi-account migration with zero downtime
• Deliver SOC 2 Type I audit-ready infrastructure evidence

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years production AWS experience
• Deep Terraform expertise
• CI/CD pipeline ownership in previous roles
• SRE tooling experience (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, PagerDuty)

✨ Nice to Have

• Multi-site company experience with PaaS or microservices
• Experience standing up on-call rotation
