💼 About This Role

You'll lead CMMC and NIST compliance engagements for diverse clients. Your work will directly improve their security posture and regulatory alignment. This role offers remote flexibility and the chance to mentor junior team members.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead IT system security consultation for CMMC, NIST frameworks
• Conduct gap analyses and advisory consulting projects
• Develop System Security Plans and supporting documentation
• Prepare and maintain IT Security documentation and artifacts
• Mentor team members on audit preparation and technical reviews

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in government compliance (CMMC, FISMA, FedRAMP)
• Strong familiarity with NIST Special Publications 800-series
• Experience with risk management frameworks and security assessments
• CMMC certifications (CCP, CCA, or Lead CCA) required
