You'll shape and execute Legora's global community strategy, sitting at the intersection of product, marketing, and growth teams. Your work will directly drive activation, retention, expansion, and brand equity as a measurable growth engine. You'll launch programs from 0 to 1 and establish the operating model for a revenue-driving community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Shape and execute global community strategy for revenue growth
• Identify and empower standout community members and champions
• Design operating model, tools, and systems to scale programs
• Create measurement frameworks tying community to business outcomes

📋 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building and scaling programs from 0→1 in Growth, Product, or Community roles
• Execution-oriented with strong project management skills
• Data-driven approach to community strategy with KPI setting and analysis
• Comfortable collaborating across functions and regions in a fast-paced environment
