You'll design resilient APIs and SDKs for Kota's embedded insurance and retirement platform. You'll own end-to-end technical architecture and incident response, shaping developer-first experiences. This role blends product thinking with engineering craft at a fast-growing fintech backed by top investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and enhance APIs and SDKs for embedded benefits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine procedures.
• Serve as incident responder for technical issues.
• Research and implement system enhancements for scalability.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years building backend systems with .NET.
• Experience with SQL databases and ORM frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• At least 5 hours overlap with GMT working hours.

• Experience building API products in fintech, payroll, or benefits.
• Experience collaborating directly with product teams and designers.
• Experience with automated test frameworks.
