📋 Requirements

• 12+ years delivering enterprise technology solutions
• 7+ years leading architecture or engineering teams at enterprise scale
• Azure data science expertise (Azure ML, Synapse, Databricks, Fabric)
• Experience in cloud modernization and AI transformation

• Consulting or client-facing leadership experience
• Azure, Databricks, AI, or cloud architecture certifications
