🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage power, cooling, and monitoring systems for critical infrastructure.
• Lead 24x7 teams of facility technicians and vendors.
• Troubleshoot facility emergencies using root cause analysis.
• Own operations budget and optimize cost-efficiency.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years in data center operations or facility management.
• Strong grasp of critical infrastructure (power, cooling, monitoring).
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects under pressure.
• Sharp analytical and communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• B.S. in Engineering or Facilities Management; advanced degree a plus.
• Experience with GPU clusters or AI-driven data centers.
• Familiarity with Southaven, MS area regulations.
