Description

You will drive sales of oncology diagnostics in the Boston Longwood Medical Area, developing territory plans, acquiring new accounts, and building trusted relationships with physicians and cancer centers to exceed sales goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years successful sales experience, preferably oncology or diagnostics
• Knowledge of local oncology market, molecular diagnostics, personalized medicine, reimbursement
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
• Ability to travel 50-75% within territory

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives and manage revenue/expenses
• Develop and maintain KOL relationships
• Drive strategic business opportunities with academic and community cancer centers
• Create and execute a comprehensive business plan to acquire and retain clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to attain goals
