You'll lead reinsurance accounting for Branch and its Ember Services platform, ensuring accurate financial treatment of ceded premiums, claims, and recoverables. You'll own the monthly close process and interpret complex treaty structures to support regulatory filings and internal insights. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Process and analyze ceded premium, claims, commissions, and recoverables
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual reinsurance close processes
• Interpret reinsurance contracts and prepare state regulatory reports
• Lead audit participation and recommend process improvements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive insurance or reinsurance experience
• Advanced understanding of GAAP/statutory reinsurance accounting
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
