You'll lead sales product enablement strategy and manage a team building scalable training programs. You'll partner with product, marketing, and sales to drive adoption of new tools and processes that improve sales productivity.

- Define strategy and execution standards for sales enablement programs
- Manage a team of enablement program managers
- Translate product updates into scalable enablement content
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Business Operations
- Design and deliver live and virtual training sessions
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or sales operations
- Proven experience designing and delivering enablement programs that drive measurable improvements
- Strong understanding of sales processes and go-to-market strategy
- Excellent program management and organizational skills
