💼 About This Role

You'll lead thermodynamic design of refrigerant circuits and heat exchangers for a pioneering heat pump company. Your work directly enables industrial decarbonization and sustainable energy solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan thermodynamic boundary conditions of refrigerant circuit
• Select heat exchangers and perform pinch-point analysis
• Ensure material compatibility and address tribological challenges
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners

📋 Requirements

• Engineering degree (Bachelor, Master, or Diploma)
• Thermodynamic design experience with heat pumps or chillers
• In-depth knowledge of refrigerant process design (natural and synthetic)
• Familiarity with ATEX, Pressure Equipment Directive and standards
