💼 About This Role

You'll join a two-year fast track program to become a leader in Picnic's fulfillment centers. You'll rotate through operational roles, lead projects, and develop both soft and hard skills for supply chain management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise 100+ people per day in a fulfillment center
• Lead improvement projects using floor insights and analytics
• Rotate through leadership roles in Fulfillment
• Take ownership of larger supply chain projects

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in logistics or supply chain
• 0-2 years full-time work experience
• First leadership experience (board, committee, or volunteer)
• Fluent in English
