You'll manage employee relations, benefits, and lifecycle changes as part of Formlabs' People team in Budapest. Your core impact will be ensuring seamless HR operations and scalable processes for a growing 3D printing company. This role offers a unique chance to transform how HR supports employees globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and employee relations.
• Liaise with payroll for timely processing.
• Respond to employee tickets regarding employment and pay.
• Navigate HR technologies and suggest improvements.

📋 Requirements

• Strong understanding of HR compliance and labor law.
• Experience building policies in a US-based fast-paced environment.
• Experience with immigration processes.
• Fluency in English.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with global HR processes.
• Familiarity with ADP or similar HRIS.
• Knowledge of Hungarian labor law.
