You'll lead a team of Client Support Specialists, combining people management with direct client support, including sales support and order management. You'll serve as an escalation point for complex issues while ensuring operational excellence and a luxury service experience for clients. This role supports the Dallas and Chicago showrooms with a hybrid onsite presence.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Support Specialists
  • Monitor showroom volume, balance workloads, and provide hands-on support
  • Serve as primary escalation point for regional client support issues
  • Oversee order management and ensure proactive delivery communication

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-4 years of administrative or project management experience
  • 1-2 years in a Team Lead or Supervisor capacity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel preferred) and ERP systems
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
