📋 Requirements

• University degree with 3-5 years supervisory experience in collections.
• Proven success leading and developing teams in fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong credit and collections experience with robust negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Netsuite or Tesorio a plus.
