You'll bridge business needs and technical development as an IT Analyst/Delivery Manager. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable system architectures. This hybrid role offers the chance to work on custom software projects for leading US companies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Design scalable system architectures, data models, and technical workflows.
• Evaluate technical feasibility of features and identify risks and dependencies.
• Analyze and improve processes for API, third-party, and cloud integration.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Analyst.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with APIs and microservices.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Miro, or equivalent.

✨ Nice to Have

• Healthcare or telehealth experience.
• Knowledge of security best practices (HIPAA desirable).
