You'll lead a team of Customer Success Managers driving customer adoption, retention, and value across the Italian market. Your core impact is ensuring customers achieve measurable success and remain long-term advocates. You'll foster a culture of ownership and drive high GRR and NPS results.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers.
- Proactively manage customer health and minimize churn.
- Partner with Account Management on renewals and expansions.
- Leverage customer data to identify trends and communicate progress to leadership.
๐ Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Experience leading a Customer Success or post-sales team in SaaS.
- Proven success driving customer adoption and retention at scale.
- Experience using CRM and Customer Success tools (Salesforce, Gainsight, etc.).
โจ Nice to Have
- Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management.
- Strong data literacy and interpretation of customer health metrics.
- Experience with ChurnZero or similar platform.
