You'll lead a team of Customer Success Managers driving customer adoption, retention, and value across the Italian market. Your core impact is ensuring customers achieve measurable success and remain long-term advocates. You'll foster a culture of ownership and drive high GRR and NPS results.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers.
  • Proactively manage customer health and minimize churn.
  • Partner with Account Management on renewals and expansions.
  • Leverage customer data to identify trends and communicate progress to leadership.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Experience leading a Customer Success or post-sales team in SaaS.
  • Proven success driving customer adoption and retention at scale.
  • Experience using CRM and Customer Success tools (Salesforce, Gainsight, etc.).

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management.
  • Strong data literacy and interpretation of customer health metrics.
  • Experience with ChurnZero or similar platform.
