💼 About This Role

You'll process U.S. payroll and coordinate international payroll through third-party vendors. You'll serve as a critical liaison between HR, Finance, and global payroll providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all cycles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute end-to-end bi-weekly and semi-monthly U.S. payroll using UKG or Workday.
• Review and reconcile timekeeping records for accuracy of hours, overtime, and PTO.
• Process payroll-related benefit updates and assist with reconciliations.
• Maintain employee payroll records including hires, terminations, and tax withholdings.
• Serve as primary liaison for international payroll vendors, transmitting data and reviewing reports.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of payroll processing experience.
• Hands-on experience with UKG, Deel, or Workday.
• Multi-state U.S. payroll experience required.
• Strong knowledge of federal, NYS, and NYC wage and tax laws.

✨ Nice to Have

• FPC or CPP certification.
• Exposure to payroll in EMEA, APAC, or Latin America.
• Familiarity with equity compensation (RSU/ESPP).
