Description

You will manage a diverse patient panel, conduct acute, chronic, and well visits, perform in-office procedures, and collaborate with a dedicated care team. Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
• At least 2 of last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Board Certified or Board Eligible with plan to certify within 1 year
• State licensed in California prior to start date
• Passion for human-centered primary care and effective use of technology

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or via telehealth
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds
• Collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams
• Supervising NP or PA colleagues
