You'll lead client onboarding for Wrapbook's production accounting platform, guiding film and TV customers through setup and adoption. Your core impact will be ensuring seamless launch and early success for mid-market clients. This role stands out for working with top entertainment companies in a fully remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead onboarding for clients adopting Wrapbook's production accounting tools.
• Deliver expert guidance on payroll configuration and accounting workflows.
• Run training sessions and technical walkthroughs for clients.
• Respond to integration challenges and provide workflow consultation.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in entertainment payroll or production accounting.
• Familiarity with union and non-union payroll processes and production incentives.
• Experience using SmartAccounting, PSL, MediaWeb, Cast & Crew or similar tools.
• Exceptional communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
