💼 About This Role

You'll own the technical strategy and implementation for Bloomreach's AI shopping assistant Clarity, guiding customers from trial to optimization. Your work will directly shape how Clarity is deployed globally and drive measurable value for brands like American Eagle. This role combines hands-on execution with strategic influence on the product roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end technical onboarding and implementation of Clarity
• Make front-end updates (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to customize weblayers
• Design scalable technical solutions from customer requirements
• Troubleshoot issues across front-end, analytics, and integration layers

📋 Requirements

• BS/BTech in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with personalization tools, search/recommendation systems, or A/B testing
• Background in technical consulting, implementation, or solution engineering within SaaS/eCommerce
