You'll lead and mentor a team of Cybersecurity professionals while executing complex assessments and privacy projects for diverse clients. You'll drive market expansion and deliver security strategies that help Fortune 1000 firms withstand cyber threats. Hybrid role with local travel across Los Angeles and Orange County.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Cybersecurity Senior Associates
• Oversee complex client engagements and report status to leadership
• Deliver security technologies such as Firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS
• Assess Business Continuity and Incident Response preparedness

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science)
• Minimum of 5 years of Big 4 or consulting experience in Cybersecurity
• Hands-on knowledge with Cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO, PCI-DSS, MITRE ATT&CK)
• Experience in Privacy projects and audits for CCPA/CPRA and GDPR compliance

✨ Nice to Have

• CISSP Certification preferred
• Experience with governance and policy creation
• Threat modeling methodologies such as MITRE ATT&CK
