• Operate lab and pilot scale graphite anode processing equipment
• Optimize graphite anode material to meet quality and purity specs
• Perform purification, milling, shaping, and coating processes
• Work with chemicals at pilot or commercial scale

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with chemicals at pilot or commercial scale
• Hands-on experience operating chemical processing or manufacturing equipment
• Safety oriented with experience in lab, pilot, or industrial environment
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 35 lbs

• Startup experience or fast-paced environment
