Description

You will serve as the primary technical contact for key customers, guiding them through product development with Baya's chiplet solutions. You'll provide technical support, deliver presentations, and help design customized solutions to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in field application engineering or customer-facing technical role
• Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related field
• Experience designing or supporting complex SoC from architecture definition to tape-out on advanced process nodes
• Understanding of RAS and reliability for enterprise/infrastructure markets
• Understanding of functional safety standards and certification

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical point of contact for key customers throughout product development lifecycle
• Assist in design and implementation of customized solutions for customer-specific requirements
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions
• Provide timely resolution to customer inquiries and issues
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to advise on product development strategies
