You'll lead a team of senior and staff engineers at Thinking Machines Lab, building and scaling ML infrastructure and product systems. Your core impact involves owning architecture and long-term technical direction while contributing directly to design and debugging. This role combines hands-on work with strategic leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a team of senior and staff-level engineers.
• Own architecture, system design, and technical direction.
• Contribute directly to design reviews, prototyping, and debugging.
• Partner with researchers and product teams to define roadmaps.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years building and scaling production systems.
• 3+ years of engineering management in high-growth environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS, engineering, or similar.
• System design and distributed systems experience.
