🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain data attribution models across territories
• Design outreach strategies for different inbound sources
• Analyze call recordings to create objection-handling training materials
• Forecast BDR capacity needs based on lead volume trends

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in BDR operations, revenue operations, or demand generation
• Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and Outreach
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional partnerships
• Global team collaboration experience across time zones
