You'll drive customer acquisition for CorePlan's digital drilling management platform, a SaaS solution transforming mining operations. Your core impact will be managing the full sales cycle and mentoring team members to scale a category-defining solution. This role offers the chance to represent CorePlan at industry events across EMEA.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage full sales cycle from discovery to close using SPICED methodology.
  • Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads from target lists.
  • Deliver tailored demos to technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Mentor team members on best practices and sales execution.
  • Represent CorePlan at conferences and events across EMEA.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS or Mining/Industrial sectors.
  • Proven success in mid-market or multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Track record of exceeding annual quotas consistently.
  • Proficiency with SPICED, MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar methodologies.

  • Experience with mining, drilling, or field-service workflows.
  • Experience mentoring or informally leading peers.
