💼 About This Role

You'll lead all aspects of production in a custom design/build manufacturing environment, driving operational excellence. You will direct department managers using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to uphold safety, quality, and efficiency standards. This role offers the opportunity to scale production for a fast-growing AI infrastructure company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee production from metal processing to electrical work.
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Sales, and Engineering teams.
• Track key production metrics and report to executive leadership.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive production management in design/build manufacturing.
• 4+ years in a management role.
• Expertise in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, UL 508A, UL 891, UL 1008, NEMA, and NEC.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Engineering or Business.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or greenfield manufacturing environment.
