Description

You will lead the technical and strategic evolution of SoFi's financial services platform, defining and executing the long-term architectural vision across multiple domains. You'll collaborate with technology and business partners to align roadmaps, drive improvements in engineering efficiency and culture, and mentor engineers across the organization.

• Recognized as a subject matter expert across multiple product or platform domains
• Ability to define long-term architectural direction across the platform
• Proven ability to lead strategic org-wide or company-wide initiatives
• Experience identifying and leading improvements in engineering culture and processes
• Strong collaboration skills with partners to align technology and company strategy

Responsibilities

• Define and execute technical vision and strategy for the Loans Platform
• Build consensus around evolutionary roadmaps across multiple product domains
• Lead resolution of systemic business, technical, or organizational problems
• Drive alignment across divisions to resolve conflicts and deliver business goals
• Mentor engineers and shape hiring standards
