💼 About This Role

You'll own the full HR function for a global tech company with teams across 8+ countries. You'll build scalable systems and lead critical hiring while acting as a trusted partner to founders and senior leaders. This role is hands-on and execution-focused in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end HR globally including hiring and performance management.
  • Partner with founders on organization design and workforce planning.
  • Build performance management and employee engagement frameworks.
  • Manage global payroll, compensation, benefits, and compliance.

📋 Requirements

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end HR in a fast-growing international organization.
  • Hands-on background operating at both strategic and execution levels.
  • Experience managing HR across multiple countries with varied employment structures.
  • Solid expertise across talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with remote-first or distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with Southeast Asian labor markets.
  • Experience building an HR function from scratch.
