You'll partner with customers to design, train, and deploy AI models using Oumi's platform. You'll drive success through the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle, from demos to hands-on deployment. This role blends solution architecture, applied machine learning, and customer interaction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with customers through pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle
• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate LLMs and other AI models
• Design scalable ML workflows using best practices
• Develop technical guides and best practices for customers

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in applied ML or solution engineering
• Strong experience training or fine-tuning LLMs, diffusion models, or multimodal systems
• Proficient in Python with experience in model training frameworks
• Experience with RAG, agents, or agentic systems in production

• Experience with open-source AI stacks
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
