You'll provide technical support for RapidIdentity products within the Technical Support department. You'll deliver Tier 1 support with a focus on first-touch issue resolution and work on real-world projects alongside full-time employees.

  • Work through weekly assignments and special projects
  • Deliver Tier 1 technical support to RapidIdentity customers
  • Take notes and create statistical reports using databases
  • Shadow multiple positions and train in various tasks

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Actively enrolled in an accredited college or university
  • Desire to learn and take on new challenges
  • Excellent communication skills
