Description

You will own the strategic expansion of Motive's Spend Management offering into new sectors and international markets. You'll define the product vision, conduct customer research, and collaborate cross-functionally to launch revenue-driving financial products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience (B2B/Fintech a plus)
• Direct experience launching products into new/regulated sectors or 0-to-1 development
• High customer empathy and ability to conduct customer discovery and market analysis
• Data-driven with track record of using metrics for product decisions
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience in agile development

Responsibilities

• Define long-term product vision and MVP for Motive Card into new sectors and markets
• Conduct deep customer research and identify Ideal Customer Profiles
• Develop product strategy roadmap partnering with stakeholders
• Execute roadmap collaborating with Sales, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering
• Own product documentation including PRDs, wireframes, and process flows
