💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead the finance function at a high-growth AI startup, owning everything from reporting and forecasting to capital strategy. Your work will drive margin optimization and runway extension, directly fueling our expansion in the enterprise voice AI market. You'll partner closely with the CEO, executive team, and board to transform data into actionable insights and support future fundraising efforts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Audit current finance operations and map revenue streams.
• Establish monthly close cadence and cash management system.
• Build scalable FP&A model for board and fundraising.
• Own company-wide FP&A and deliver Annual Operating Plan.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years progressive finance leadership at startups.
• Experience scaling financial operations from Series A to B/C.
• Deep SaaS/AI economics knowledge (ARR, LTV/CAC, burn rate).
• Hands-on with finance systems (NetSuite, Ramp, QuickBooks, Carta).

✨ Nice to Have

• Fundraising experience (Series B+).
• CPA or public accounting background.
• Comfort using AI/automation in finance workflows.
