You'll support licensed colorists at a Hair Color Bar to deliver a seamless guest experience. You'll learn color theory and behind-the-chair skills while working toward promotion to Licensed Colorist. This role offers training in 3-9 months and a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform shampooing, conditioning, blowouts, and styling services.
• Assist with finishing services and product application.
• Contribute to retail sales, services, and membership goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to company protocols.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Entry-level experience in customer service or retail.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with point-of-sale systems.

• Salon or beauty industry experience preferred.
• Fluency in English.
