Your work impacts HR leaders managing tens of thousands of employees, and you'll shape Ben's product roadmap by translating customer needs into actionable insights. This role offers a rare chance to both build and operationalize best practices for technical account management.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own technical relationship for strategic accounts, handling complex benefits configuration issues
  • Lead cross-employer initiatives coordinating with Associate TAMs for seamless platform delivery
  • Guide admins through complex setups, integrations, and configuration changes
  • Build technical resources like playbooks and troubleshooting guides to scale team effectiveness

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support or technical account management in B2B SaaS
  • Strong technical skills debugging integrations and troubleshooting complex software configurations
  • Proven experience managing enterprise customer relationships and resolving escalated technical issues
  • Experience coaching team members and creating technical documentation or playbooks that scale

  • Experience with benefits platforms, HR tech, or payroll systems
  • SQL experience and working with/testing APIs
