💼 About This Role

You'll lead cross-functional teams to deliver manufacturing programs for Formlabs' 3D printing products. You'll ensure production starts and ramps on time, budget, and quality while designing scalable production readiness frameworks. This role combines tactical execution with long-term operational strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver program requirements and resolve blockers.
• Drive program readiness and present leadership-level reports on risks and timelines.
• Design and implement scalable production readiness frameworks and metrics.
• Manage relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers for predictable execution.

📋 Requirements

• B.S. degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science).
• Experience in Operations (program management, manufacturing, supply chain, etc.).
• Willingness to travel 10-20% internationally and domestically.
