Description

You will delight customers with welcoming service, prepare coffee using top-tier equipment, and maintain quality and safety standards. Work independently and as part of a team to create a memorable experience for every guest.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or hospitality industry
• 18+ years of age
• Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods
• Availability for 15-40 hours per week including peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Delight customers with consistent, welcoming service and convert them into regulars
• Work within a world-class coffee program using state-of-the-art equipment
• Complete training to ensure proper handling of food and beverage for freshness and quality
• Minimize product waste by adjusting par levels in line with business peaks and lows
• Maintain Local Department of Health standards at all times
