💼 About This Role

You'll be the main point of contact between Traba's workforce and client's on-site leadership, managing day-to-day worker support and ensuring smooth operations. Your core impact is driving service delivery and acting as the face of Traba inside the facility. This role requires professionalism and bilingual communication in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships with site supervisors and workers
• Facilitate worker onboarding, introductions, and first-day check-ins
• Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback
• Act as bridge between client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
