💼 About This Role
You'll drive pipeline creation and revenue growth within the Workday ecosystem by engaging sellers and executing enablement programs. You'll act as the Workday subject matter expert, shaping pursuit strategy and ensuring effective co-sell execution with Varicent RSMs and Presales. This role offers the chance to expand market presence with a market-leading SPM SaaS company trusted by global industry leaders.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead in-person Workday Enablement Meetings to equip sellers.
- Drive Workday-sourced pipeline via direct outreach and marketing events.
- Act as Workday SME supporting RSMs and Presales in co-sell pursuits.
- Maintain accurate weekly forecast and opportunity updates in CRM.
📋 Requirements
- 7+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, presales, alliances, or business development.
- 3+ years working with ecosystem partners; Workday experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to build pipeline through partner-led or co-sell motions.
- Experience enabling sellers and delivering partner-driven marketing programs.
✨ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with incentive compensation or sales performance management.
- Industry knowledge in Workday priority verticals like Financial Services or Technology.
- MBA or equivalent experience.
