You'll join Cloud Chamber to shape the visual excellence of our Art Department and manage co-development partners. You'll uphold the creative vision for BioShock and deliver actionable benchmarks. This role offers the chance to lead a passionate team crafting breathtaking environments, characters, and effects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set and manage quality expectations for art teams
• Translate creative vision into clear briefs and feedback
• Partner with Tech Art, Design, Narrative, and Cinematics
• Train and empower leads and ICs in art direction

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in game development
• 3+ years as Associate Art Director
• Shipped one full cycle AAA game in leadership
• Experience with AAA high visual fidelity titles

✨ Nice to Have

• First-Person Shooter experience
• Bilingual French/English
