Description

You will lead end-to-end program management for the Rocket Growth program, driving strategic initiatives to help sellers leverage Coupang's fulfillment network. You'll set data-driven goals, monitor performance, and identify improvements to enhance seller and customer experiences.

Requirements

• 10+ years total experience, 5+ years in project/program management
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• High adaptability and growth mindset
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and manage priorities
• Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive program strategy and roadmap with data-defined goals and success metrics
• Own end-to-end program execution, monitor progress, and provide direction to cross-functional stakeholders
• Identify business impacts and defects in seller/customer journey, and prioritize improvement plans using data insights
• Analyze problems, resolve bottlenecks, and implement solutions to achieve business objectives
• Establish and enhance SOPs for operational process improvement
