You'll drive strategic HR solutions and organizational transformation to support the company's mission in immune medicine. This role reports directly to the Chief People Officer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead People Partner and People Operations teams
• Provide expert guidance on people and organizational issues
• Partner with HR COEs to design and implement programs
• Oversee and optimize HR workflows and systems
• Manage data integrity and leverage people analytics

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's + 17 years related experience or Master's + 14 years
• Strategic HR business partnering experience required
• Deep HRBP and organizational transformation experience
• HR Operations and HR Systems expertise
