You'll ensure customers achieve their objectives by building success plans, driving feature adoption, and advocating for their needs.   • Partner with Account Executives to drive client renewals and retention
  • Build and maintain Success Plans with customers
  • Analyze product usage to identify opportunities and risks
  • Conduct regular check-ins and Executive Business Reviews
  • Advocate for customers and synthesize product feedback

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-5 years of customer success or related experience
  • Experience managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
  • Domain knowledge of SaaS, Mobile, APIs, or Marketing Automation
  • Excellent communication and time management skills

  • Experience with enterprise customers over 1,000 employees
  • Background in implementations or project management
