🎯 What You'll Do

• Consult daily with agents to identify marketing needs
• Create strategic marketing plans using Compass platform
• Assemble templated creative work in InDesign
• Analyze and optimize marketing plans for future strategies

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of marketing experience
• Deep understanding of marketing strategy and planning
• Excellent project management skills with proven track record of deadlines
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign
