You'll lead settlement negotiations for a plaintiff-side employment law firm, working fully remotely to resolve meaningful employment matters. You'll manage a high-volume caseload and collaborate with a mission-driven team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead settlement negotiations with opposing counsel and insurers
• Evaluate cases for settlement value and develop strategies
• Draft, review, and revise settlement agreements
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to resolve cases

📋 Requirements

• Active license to practice law in California
• Experience with contract drafting and negotiation
• Strong organizational skills for a high-volume caseload
• Prior settlement negotiation experience
