You'll support licensed colorists and shift leads to deliver a seamless guest experience at a Madison Reed Hair Color Bar. You'll learn color services and work towards promotion to Licensed Colorist in 3-9 months while building guest relationships and mastering color theory.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform blowouts, styling, and shampooing services.
• Assist with finishing services and product application.
• Contribute to monthly sales goals and KPIs.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Entry-level customer service or retail sales experience.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
