You'll own the DCC Tools domain as the primary technical expert supporting multiple art disciplines. Your work will consolidate fragmented tools into a unified, reliable pipeline. This fully remote role bridges technical and artistic teams at a high-impact game studio.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own DCC Tools domain supporting rigging, modeling, animation, environment teams
- Define and maintain interfaces between pipeline engineering and art departments
- Consolidate, standardize, and document DCC toolsets across Maya, 3DS Max, Substance
- Develop and maintain Python-based tools and automation for content creation workflows
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Technical Art or Pipeline Engineering in games
- Expert-level Python with object-oriented design principles
- Strong experience with 3DS Max or Substance Painter/Designer; Maya preferred
- Deep understanding of artist workflows across rigging, modeling, animation, environment art

- Experience with production tracking systems integrated with DCC environments
- Hands-on asset export pipeline experience
