💼 About This Role

You'll lead our Fraud Analytics team, owning fraud detection and response across the customer lifecycle. Your core impact will be shaping analytics for new products while optimizing existing strategies. This role offers a 70:30 split between team leadership and hands-on analysis.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and optimize fraud management strategies across customer lifecycle
• Assess performance of fraud rules and implement improvements
• Identify and onboard new data sources to predict risk
• Manage and develop a team of analysts while staying hands-on
• Lead analytical work for product launches and customer experience

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of fraud experience including direct card fraud
• SQL proficiency for complex analysis
• Track record of owning problems end-to-end
• Experience managing analysts

✨ Nice to Have

• APP fraud or faster payment fraud systems experience
• Hands-on familiarity with Visa fraud platforms, CNP fraud, 3DS/SCA, PSD2 compliance
• Python experience
